You may download a copy of the application, complete it, and either bring it to a meeting or mail it with a check to the address shown below.   Or, you may simply complete the application online below.   It will be held in a pending status until we receive your check.

WAIVER AGREEMENT

All members upon applying for membership must agree to the following:

I do hereby absolve, release and waive any and all liability claims or demands against the Coastal Ski & Outing Club (“CSOC”), its officers, directors, and each and every member thereof, which may arise out of or be related to any injury, damage or pecuniary loss to me or any member of my family by reason of such club membership and participation in club sponsored activities. I also understand that photographs taken at events may be posted on the CSOC website and Facebook pages.
