Cost to attend $52 per person
Special hotel rate for attendees, $139 per night, will be honored for rooms booked prior to Sept 24 2024.
The conference is the best place to meet Ski vendors and plan trips for 2026.
Conference events include:
Friday evening. Meet and Greet with Vendors from 5 pm to 7pm , held at Park Vista Hotel.
Saturday Morning meetings. (trips, racing and administrator) or hike to Clingman's Dome.
1 pm. Meet at Ole Smokey Moonshine for Tasting Tour
5pm. Vendor Trade Show
8:30 pm. Saturday Evening Dance party (Halloween Theme)
Sunday. 9Am. Crescent Board Meeting
