The price is $764 for double occupancy lodging and ground transportation to/from Reno.
The pay schedule is $375 at SIGN-UP. A second payment of $300 is due NOVEMBER 1 2021. The balance is due JANUARY 3 2022.
At Sign-up there are additional options; AIRFARE (recommended and to be determined at a later date based on price and timing, the airport may change to Sacramento).LIFT TICKETS. For both Heavenly and Kirkwood. TRAVEL PROTECTION (it will show $75 at Sign-up but will increase when airfare is added in) .ROOM UPGRADE. DISCOUNTED SKI RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
Mailing information for remittance is on the Sign-up confirmation email that you will receive.
When Sportsamerica returns to normal operation, our non-ski options will be added in. You will need to edit your selections. Any trip that involves transportation is vital for us to get an accurate count. Sportsamerica was given a expected expenditure of $500 total for activities. Our current itinerary is :
Sunday. Explore Heavenly. Gondola up mountain, lunch, optional snow tubing. Spend afternoon in Village live music daily, shopping, galleries etc.
Monday. Day on North Lake. Olympic Village, snow sculptures should still be up, olympic Village team ($39). Shopping/ explore Trucker.
Tuesday. Open day for Personal trip. Free time for Casinos , shopping etc.
Wednesday. Day in Virginia City. Possible ghost tour, mine tour, museums etc.
Thursday. Trip to East Shore/ sand Harbor. Sleigh ride and brewery tour. Or. Scavenger hunt
Friday. . Day on Lake. Possible wine tasting.
The itinerary is subject to change but it is a good idea of how our time will be spent.
